We’re Hiring: Sales Executive (Field Role)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3–4 Years
CTC: Up to ₹7.2 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
About the Role
We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive with experience in IT solutions selling to drive business growth. This is a field-based role involving client meetings, lead generation, and deal closures across key industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements
- Present and demonstrate company products and IT solutions effectively
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely closures
- Negotiate deals, handle objections, and close sales successfully
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate reports & CRM data
- Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams
- Identify and onboard partners to expand market reach and drive sales
Requirements
- Experience working with clients in Banking, NBFCs, Hospitals, Manufacturing, or BPO sectors
- 3–4 years of experience in IT Solutions / B2B Sales
- Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with strong exposure to enterprise or corporate sales
- Experience in handling multiple industry clients
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Compensation
- CTC up to ₹7.2 LPA (Fixed + Performance-based incentives)
