Role Description
Executive – Institutional Sales
We are seeking a passionate and result-driven sales professional with experience in B2B and corporate sales. The role focuses on developing new business, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B / Corporate Sales for apparels.
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients for their Uniforms & other apparel requirements.
- Identify and onboard new institutional buyers
- Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and business pitches
- Manage the complete sales cycle (lead generation → negotiation → closure → order execution)
- Achieve defined sales targets and revenue growth objectives
- Collaborate with merchandising, design, and production teams to align with client requirements
- Track market trends, fashion insights, and competitor activities
- Handle key accounts and ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Ensure timely collections and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
Key Skills & Competencies
- Min 1-3 Years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales
- Good understanding of fashion trends, retail dynamics, and buying cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage large accounts and bulk orders
- Target-driven with strong business development skills
- Proficiency in Excel & PPT
Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field
- Experience in apparel, textiles, fashion brands adds additional value.
- Existing network with corporate clients is a plus.
