Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Pune


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience to drive property sales and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales leads efficiently
  • Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective clients
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and documentation processes
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate reports
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred in Marketing/Sales)
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in real estate sales (preferred) or relevant sales roles
  • Strong knowledge of Pune real estate market is an advantage
