Role Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospects, conducting presentations, managing client queries, and creating and negotiating proposals and contracts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring a proactive approach to actively drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to engage with diverse clients and close sales effectively.
- Strong business development and client relationship management abilities to identify leads and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales processes, and reporting systems to manage sales pipelines and forecast performance accurately.
- Ability to analyze market trends, adapt strategies, and understand customer needs for designing tailored solutions.
- Experience in interior design or construction materials sales is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
