## Role Overview
This is a full-time, high-responsibility sales role.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals. The role requires a proactive approach to revenue generation and a strong understanding of customer needs.
You will work closely with the founding team and contribute directly to the company’s growth.

## Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular sales calls as a core part of the role, including outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across restaurants, retail, and SMB segments
* Engage with prospects through structured sales calls, follow-ups, and consultations to drive conversions
* Manage and convert inbound leads from marketing channels
* Conduct product demonstrations via video calls or in-person meetings
* Clearly communicate the value of Gloo’s platform, including AI-driven capabilities
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups
* Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a high-quality customer experience
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback from customer interactions

## Qualifications and Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
* Ability to explain technology and AI concepts in a simple and business-oriented manner
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
