Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential clients, present Gatiman Luxury’s investment and wealth management offerings, and guide prospective customers through the onboarding process. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting client meetings and calls, following up on leads, and maintaining an active sales pipeline. The role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to propose suitable financial products, and ensuring a high standard of service and compliance. The Sales Executive will also prepare basic sales reports, update CRM or tracking tools, and support local marketing or outreach initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong client acquisition and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand financial needs and explain investment products clearly.
- Sales negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities, with a consistent focus on meeting or exceeding revenue and activity targets.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both in-person and over phone or video, with a professional and confident demeanor.
- Basic understanding of financial products such as mutual funds, SIPs, equity investments, and wealth management solutions (or a strong willingness to learn).
- Organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining records, updating sales tools, and prioritizing multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience in sales will also be considered.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, broking, or investment advisory is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfort working in a performance-driven environment with clear targets, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and management.
- Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Mumbai; familiarity with MS Office and basic digital tools.
