Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Trivandrum. The Sales Executive will collaborate with clients to understand their furniture and interior design needs, provide product recommendations, and develop tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building relationships with new and existing customers, generating leads, managing the sales cycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves providing product demonstrations and staying informed about industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with customers.
- Knowledge of furniture and interior design trends, or enthusiasm to learn and stay updated.
- Organization and time management skills for managing leads, follow-ups, and the sales process.
- Experience in customer service and client engagement is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant software or tools used for sales management and reporting is a plus.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
