We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients with property inquiries and driving property sales through strong communication and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, site visits and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties
- Conduct property presentations and site tours for potential buyers
- Maintain regular communication with clients to build long-term relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closing procedures
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities and project details
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred
