Role Description
We are looking for a high-energy, "quick-footed" Sales Executive to help us conquer the Bengaluru craft beer scene. You won't just be selling liquid in a bottle; you’ll be the face of a brand that refuses to play it safe. Your job is to get Flying Fox into the hands of beer lovers by building rock-solid relationships with retail outlets, bars, and restaurants.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will manage the sales cycle, prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations, and provide excellent post-sale support to clients. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to strategize and implement sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
What you'll do:
- Hunt & Gather: Identify and onboard new retail partners, premium bars, and restaurants to expand our footprint.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts—ensure our partners love us as much as our customers do.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve. Keep an eye on trends, competitors, and what’s "hopping" in the local market.
- Sales Execution: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring consistent stock availability and brand visibility on the shelves.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the "spirit of the fox" at tastings, launch events, and trade shows.
Who you are:
- Experienced: You have 1–3 years of experience in sales (FMCG or Alco-bev experience is a massive plus).
- Bold & Persuasive: You have the "gift of the gab" and can pitch a bold product with confidence.
- Resourceful: Like a fox, you are clever and find ways to get the job done, even when the path isn't straightforward.
- Biker-Ready: You have a valid driver's license and your own transport to navigate the city.
- Passionate: You actually care about craft beer and the culture surrounding it.
