Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Roorkee. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, contractors, builders, retailers, and end customers, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts. Responsibilities include conducting product presentations and site visits, understanding client requirements, recommending appropriate slab solutions, and preparing quotations and proposals. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, closure, and post-sale follow-up, as well as achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams on pricing, delivery timelines, and customer feedback, and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in building materials, construction, ceramics, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features in a clear and engaging way.
- Comfort with prospecting, field visits, and regular in-person meetings with clients in and around Roorkee.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including accurate documentation and use of CRM or sales reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of design, architecture, or interior finishes is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
