Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Executive at FiveS Digital. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include lead generation, preparing and delivering pitch presentations, negotiating contracts, and actively contributing to revenue growth. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and maintain a seamless sales process while representing FiveS Digital’s values of inclusivity and innovation in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in lead generation and relationship building with an ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
- Experience in sales presentations, contract negotiation, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong understanding of business process outsourcing (BPO), customer experience, and digital transformation concepts.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus, as is familiarity with industries such as e-commerce/retail, healthcare, or fintech.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and platforms and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; prior sales experience in BPM or technology sectors is a plus.
