Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Chandigarh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth through lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, presenting Fitelo’s services, and creating tailored solutions to help potential customers achieve their health goals. The role also involves sales reporting, collaboration with internal teams, and consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with an ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in customer relationship management and lead conversion
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, team-oriented work environment in Chandigarh
- Previous experience in sales or a related field (preferably health, wellness, or fitness industry) is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
