🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Executive
📍 Location: FitClub - Gurgaon
FitClub is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive who is passionate about fitness and has strong communication skills to drive memberships and revenue growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in inquiries, leads, and follow-ups for gym memberships
- Perform cold calling to prospective clients and explain FitClub services and offers
- Convert leads into active members and achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct gym tours and confidently pitch memberships and fitness programs
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with trainers and front desk staff for smooth onboarding
- Participate in promotional activities and local marketing initiatives
🎯 Requirements:
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in sales (gym/fitness preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
- Target-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude
- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems is a plus
