We are looking for energetic and confident Sales Executives who can help us create meaningful customer relationships and drive membership growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries and walk-ins professionally
* Explain gym memberships, services, and offers to potential clients
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
* Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and member experience
* Assist in achieving monthly sales and conversion targets
Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident personality with a customer-first approach
* Basic sales and follow-up understanding preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced fitness environment
* Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
