Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of FastGlobe's freight aggregation and logistics services. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and providing updates and reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Sales and business development experience, including lead generation, account management, and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of logistics, freight aggregation, and supply chain management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating market trends and client needs
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and tasks
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of international trade regulations, customs documentation, and compliance (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Professional experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
