Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Assam, India, for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, promoting the company’s product offerings, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, conducting product presentations, managing leads and sales pipelines, negotiating deals, and preparing sales reports. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends and identify growth strategies.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management
  • Ability to identify market opportunities, generate leads, and effectively close sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of agriculture or related industries is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Flexibility to travel within assigned territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is required
