About the Role
Eye Mantra Hospital is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive patient acquisition, build strong referral networks, and contribute to the hospital's growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for healthcare sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new patient leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, corporates, and local businesses.
- Promote Eye Mantra Hospital's eye care services, including cataract, LASIK, retina, glaucoma, and pediatric ophthalmology.
- Conduct field visits and develop new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective patients and ensure a smooth appointment process.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams to ensure an excellent patient experience.
- Prepare daily activity reports and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, healthcare sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
