Job Title: Sales Executive
Experience: 2β3 Years
Location: Delhi / NCR
Industry: Preferably Building Materials / Electrical / Automation / B2B Products
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2β3 years of experience in field sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Visit clients, dealers, architects, builders, and corporate customers.
- Present company products and explain features & benefits.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM/management regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of B2B sales / field sales preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 2β3 years of relevant sales experience.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
