We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our team and support the growth of our Facility Management and Staffing Services business.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Engage with clients, understand requirements, and offer suitable solutions
• Assist in proposals, negotiations, and deal closures
• Maintain CRM records and track sales activities
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
🔹 Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
• Preferred background in service-based industries (Facility Management / Staffing / IT Services / Consulting)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
