Role Description
Escavana Stays is hiring a Sales Executive to drive bookings, manage partner relationships, and support smooth stay coordination. You will identify new business opportunities, manage OTA platforms, work closely with clients, and coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure accurate stay planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities and partnerships
- Handle OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
- Coordinate with the Operations Team on stay details and guest requirements
- Support corporate and direct booking conversions
- Conduct market research and track local trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain reports and update CRM systems
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and close deals
- Comfortable managing OTA platforms
- Organized and proactive work style
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus
