Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by identifying potential learners, engaging with prospective clients, and promoting ERPTREE IT Training's programs. Key responsibilities include client outreach, lead generation, follow-ups, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company’s expansion. Collaboration with the marketing team to execute campaigns and improve user engagement will also be part of your day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and client management skills.
- Communication and Presentation: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Market Research and Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify market trends, analyze customer needs, and propose innovative solutions to drive sales.
- Time Management and Organization: Experience in managing multiple leads and prioritizing workload to meet targets efficiently.
- Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in the IT training/education sector or ERP industry is an advantage.
