Job Role: Sales Executive
Position: 02
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (WFH for the initial 2 months; from the 3rd month, the role may, transition to an onsite location in Ahmedabad) Note: Only Ahmedabad-based candidates should. apply and must be open to transitioning to an office-based role.
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working hours: 5am to 2pm IST (1-hour break included)
Week Offs – Saturdays & Sundays – also all AUS bank holidays.
Work Experience – 2 to 5yrs+ in Core Tele-sales /Internationally Business Development
Job Summary

An exciting and challenging tele sales role is now available in our rapidly expanding business. Reporting to the Managing Director the successful applicant will be responsible for
identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Include
Identifying and developing a prospect list sufficient in size to exceed targets.
Gain new business via tele sales and appointment making.
Monitoring performance of new customers to ensure they trade to agreed profile
To be successful in this role, you must be confident and self-motivated with a proven sales track record. You must possess the ability to communicate clearly and to build relationships which develop long term sales opportunities.
Successful tele sales people in our organization across AUS are used to making in excess of appx.
80 contacted calls a day and at least 2 activations each week.
Skills
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates.
Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills.
IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets.
A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
Great networking skills, and resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.
Emboldened by challenges.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred.
A degree is not essential for this role and some business development work their way up through an organization, gaining experience in a sales or marketing role and undertaking work-based training.
Required Work Experience – 2 to 5yrs+ in Core Tele-sales / BD Internationally.
Remuneration – Salary depends on interview and experience. Incentive scheme in place (will be discussed during onboarding).
Note: You need to have Computer, Phone and Internet Broadband connection - 40 Mbps
Please note that you will not get any off for Indian festival & holidays. You have to work according to AUS
calendar. Any off in weekdays will cut your salary on no. working days of month basis.
