Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Ranchi location. As a Sales Executive, you will focus on developing strong relationships with prospective clients, identifying sales opportunities, pitching our education and training programs, and meeting sales targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to strategize sales approaches, maintain accurate client records, and provide feedback to improve program offerings. Additionally, you will participate in market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and business opportunities
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a dynamic on-site environment
- Familiarity with the EdTech industry or educational programs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector
