Job Description: Sales Executive - Elevate Parking Systems LLP

We are committed to revolutionizing urban parking through cutting-edge engineering and design. We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and managing key client relationships within the real estate and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand our customer base in target markets (e.g., residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate developers, municipal corporations, etc.).
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for Elevate Parking Systems' portfolio of products and solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals to prospective clients, often involving architects, consultants, and senior management.
Relationship Management & Negotiation
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial lead generation through to contract signing.
• Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company policy.
• Collaborate with the technical, design, and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client specifications and project timelines.
Sales Performance & Reporting
• Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline using the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Provide regular, accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets to senior management.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to suggest improvements to sales processes and efficiency.
• Responsible for the entire sales cycle, including pre-qualification, bid submission, technical clarification, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.

Required Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical preferred) or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or senior sales role.
• Industry Experience: Proven track record in selling capital equipment, technical solutions, or infrastructure/construction-related products/services. Experience in the parking, elevator, real estate, or construction equipment industry is highly desirable.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and the ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in local languages (e.g., Marathi/Hindi) is an advantage.
• Drive & Autonomy: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while based at the Corporate Office in Mumbai, with a willingness to travel within the region/nationally as required.
