Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position located at our Effotel Hotel in Bhopal. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new accounts, nurturing existing client relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring guest satisfaction while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will represent the hotel with professionalism and work closely with the sales team to develop strategic plans for market penetration.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Account Management
- Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research, identify trends, and develop sales strategies
- Experience in Hospitality Sales and understanding of industry demands
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Familiarity with hotel management software and CRM tools is advantageous
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced on-site environment
