Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Executive, based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will engage with potential clients, identify their needs, and promote our tutoring services. Responsibilities include building relationships with leads, managing sales pipelines, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves understanding customer requirements, conducting follow-ups, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization through strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- Understanding of education services markets or prior experience in EdTech is a plus
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM tools or sales software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
