We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at our Prayagraj location.
ECHT Venture operates across multiple locations, providing exciting watersports activities, boat experiences, and celebrations on boats. We are looking for someone who can drive on-site sales, interact confidently with customers, and help create a great guest experience.

💼 Key Responsibilities
- Handle on-site sales for watersports, boating and celebration experiences.
- Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable experiences/packages.
- Convert walk-in enquiries into bookings and maximize daily sales.
- Promote offers, packages and additional services to customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings/referrals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain daily sales, booking and payment records.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
- Represent ECHT Venture professionally at the site.
👤 What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, tourism, travel, leisure, events or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, energetic and customer-friendly personality.
- Comfortable working at an outdoor/tourism activity location.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
- Target-oriented and willing to take ownership of sales.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and digital payment systems.
💰 Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
Salary can be discussed based on experience and performance.
