Sakash Resources Management is looking to hire a Sales Executive through the Eazyway Platform. They are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and result-oriented sales professional who can effectively manage lead qualification, customer relationships, CRM systems, ERP operations, and sales analytics while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Manage key customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support.
2. Lead Qualification & Sales
• Qualify incoming leads and conduct first-level customer interactions.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales execution.
3. Sales Operations & Reporting
• Analyze sales reports and monitor performance metrics.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business insights.
• Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.
4. CRM & ERP Management
• Manage CRM implementation and maintain accurate customer records.
• Utilize ERP systems to support sales operations and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and process efficiency across systems.
5. Database & Data Management
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Perform data analysis using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of sales activities.
Experience & Qualifications
• Experience: 2.5+ years in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
