Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Patna. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting EASYCRED's financial solutions. The Sales Executive will ensure a seamless lending experience by understanding customer needs, explaining product offerings, and facilitating the end-to-end onboarding process. Additionally, the role requires meeting sales targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets in a financial services or related environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills to convey product offerings and close deals
- Basic understanding of financial products, lending processes, and credit systems
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is preferred
