Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing potential leads, building relationships with clients, and presenting EaseOps' AI-powered solutions. The role involves understanding client needs, negotiating contracts, providing after-sales support, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also work closely with the marketing and product teams to support customer success and identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management, with the ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Effective Communication, Persuasive Negotiation, and Presentation Skills to articulate product value to clients.
- Strong Analytical Skills, Market Research capabilities, and Strategic Thinking to identify opportunities and create tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with Healthcare Operations or Technology, and experience with CRM tools and software is advantageous.
- Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and handle client needs with professionalism and empathy.
