Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients, managing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Additional tasks include managing a seamless shopping experience, providing expert guidance on products, handling customer inquiries, collaborating with the marketing and design teams, and contributing to the brand's overall growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Drive both offline and online sales for Ease
- Engage with customers across platforms (in-store, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc)
- Proven skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Client Acquisition
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Fashion Industry trends and luxury retail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet sales targets
- Experience in using CRM tools or sales management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Passion for craftsmanship and a keen interest in contemporary fashion
