Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mathura. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients to promote and sell Earthousing's real estate offerings. You will conduct property tours, manage client relationships, and provide professional guidance to customers throughout the buying process. The role involves meeting sales targets, building a strong client network, and staying informed on market trends and industry updates.
Qualifications
- Sales and client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and guide customers
- Sound understanding of the real estate market, particularly in the Vrindavan-Mathura region, is an advantage
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills and CRM tools
- Ability to work on-site and availability for flexible schedules including weekends
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in real estate or a sales-focused role is a strong advantage
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required
