Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Hennur, Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, facilitating negotiations, managing documentation, providing market insights, and driving strategic investment recommendations. The role demands a high level of professionalism, strong interpersonal communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Strong understanding of luxury real estate, property markets, and investment strategy
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Proficiency in documentation, contracts, and relevant financial documentation
- Prior experience in real estate sales or related client-facing roles is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of additional regional languages considered a plus
