Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Pune City for a Sales Executive. In this role, you will manage all stages of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, presenting and demonstrating products or services, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. You will be expected to meet sales targets, create detailed reports, and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.

- Strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Closing techniques
- Proficiency in Communication, Relationship Building, and Client Engagement
- Understanding of IT Solutions, including Software Development and Digital Transformation
- Strategic Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Analytical Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in B2B sales or IT industry sales is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
