DroneXclean is changing how the UK cleans its buildings. Instead of putting people on ropes 30 storeys up or hiring cherry pickers that block car parks for a week, we send drones. Faster, safer, far less disruptive, and our clients spend a fraction of what they used to.
We work with commercial property owners, facilities teams, warehouses, solar farms — anywhere with a tall, awkward, or hard-to-reach surface that needs cleaning. The drone industry in the UK is exploding, and DroneXclean is positioning to lead the commercial cleaning side of it.

Role Description
We're hiring a dedicated Sales Executive to drive outbound sales into the UK market.
Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: get UK facilities managers, property managers, and building owners on a call with our founder. You'll do that through calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach. You won't be closing deals yourself — you'll be opening the doors that lead to deals.
This is a remote role, working UK business hours (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST). You'll report directly to the founder, get full training on the product and the UK market, and have real ownership over how outbound is built from the ground up.

What You'll Actually Do
- Call 30–50 UK prospects per day. Yes, really. This is a phone-first role.
- Send 30–50 personalised emails per day using our sequences and tools
- Book qualified meetings for the founder to close
- Log every call, email, and meeting in our CRM — discipline matters
- Send a weekly report on what worked, what didn't, what you're testing
- Be the first voice prospects hear and represent DroneXclean professionally
Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B calling experience, ideally selling into UK, EU, or US markets
- Excellent spoken English — clear, calm, neutral accent, comfortable talking to British professionals
- Strong written English — your emails need to land, not get deleted
- You're not scared of the phone. Objections energise you, they don't deflate you
- You're willing to work UK hours (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST, Monday to Friday)
- You have a reliable laptop, fast internet, a quiet workspace, and a proper headset
- You've used a CRM before (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce — any of them)
The Deal
- Monthly retainer: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 depending on experience, paid in INR via Wise
- Commission: ₹1,500 – ₹2,500 per qualified meeting that converts to a sale (uncapped — top performers earn well above base)
- Independent contractor engagement (you handle Indian tax)
- All tools provided: UK phone number, CRM seat, email access
- 1-month paid trial, then ongoing
- Direct line to the founder — no middle management, no politics
