Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, presenting product offerings to potential customers, and participating in negotiations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of food processing and packaging equipment and their applications in various industries
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
- Analytical and research capabilities to identify market trends and opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently
- High adaptability to a fast-paced work environment, with a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; experience in the food processing industry will be an advantage
Preference
We are looking for someone who has hands on experience in the food processing machinery industry. He/She should be well verse with machines, application and understand the market.
