ABOUT US
DoubleSpace Learning is an experiential learning and personalized education company reimagining how children learn. We build custom learning journeys for students across academics, creative exploration, interdisciplinary inquiry, communication, storytelling, future skills, and special education.
Our programs move beyond rote learning and focus on mentorship-led, interest-driven education for students aged 5-18.
We’re looking for a high-energy, emotionally intelligent Sales Executive who can speak to parents with empathy, clarity, and confidence, while helping us scale admissions and partnerships. Familiarity with consultative sales is mandatory.
Type: Full-time
Experience: 1-3 years preferred (education/consultative sales)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle inbound parent leads through WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, and email
- Conduct discovery and counselling calls with parents
- Understand student profiles, concerns, and learning goals
- Explain DSL programs clearly and confidently
- Coordinate assessments and demo sessions with the academic team
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
- Convert consultations into enrollments
- Maintain lead pipelines and CRM updates
- Build relationships with schools, counsellors, communities, and partners
- Work closely with the founder and operations team on admissions strategy
- Help improve sales scripts, parent communication, and conversion systems

- Is an excellent communicator in English and Hindi
- Is confident on calls and good at relationship-building
- Understands consultative selling instead of aggressive selling
- Can emotionally read parents' concerns and respond thoughtfully
- Is organized, proactive, and responsive
- Can handle multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously
- Is comfortable with targets and fast-paced startup environments
- Genuinely cares about education, children, and parenting
