Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, managing relationships with existing customers, and promoting DSL’s educational programs and services globally. Key responsibilities include conducting research to identify sales opportunities, presenting the value proposition of our programs, negotiating contracts, and supporting the sales lifecycle. The Sales Executive will work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining an excellent level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Ability to conduct market research and develop strategies to identify and target potential customers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of the education sector or experience in similar industries is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote work setting while maintaining team collaboration.
