Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executives (Male & Female) for our real estate team. Candidates should have strong communication skills, client handling experience, and knowledge of property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and generate leads
* Conduct client follow-ups and meetings
* Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans
* Arrange and manage property site visits
* Achieve monthly sales targets
* Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
For Male Candidates:
* Bike is mandatory
* Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate Sales
For Female Candidates:
* Cold calling experience required
* Valid driving license mandatory
* Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate Sales
Skills Required:
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Strong follow-up and negotiation ability
* Professional attitude and teamwork
* Basic CRM knowledge preferred
