Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will focus on developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, strategizing sales initiatives, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, presenting tailored freight solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
Qualifications
- Experienced in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of logistics, freight services, and supply chain processes
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze client requirements
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in the freight or logistics industry is a plus
