Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive (US shift), based in the Pune Division with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential leads, build client relationships, and guide prospects through the sales funnel. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, crafting and presenting proposals, fostering long-term client partnerships, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and goal alignment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Closing Sales
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Client Retention
- Knowledge of Digital Advertising, Sales Strategies, and Market Trends
- Ability to work independently, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Prior experience in advertising or marketing sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
