Job Title: Sales Executive – Chemical Industry
Location- Thane (Wagle Estate)
Experience- 3–4 Years
Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with experience in chemical distribution or industrial chemical sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across industries such as pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, coatings, adhesives, and related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in end-consumer markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Provide technical and commercial solutions based on customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, finance, and supply chain for smooth order execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and business reports for management.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Travel for client meetings and business development activities as required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial and specialty chemical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in chemical sales or distribution.
- Strong network of clients in pharma, agrochemical, coatings, adhesives, or related industries preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
