Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through lead generation, client relationship management, and converting potential leads into actual bookings. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, presenting tailored travel solutions, negotiating deals, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role also involves meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management skills, with the ability to build and maintain client trust
- Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Closing Techniques
- Strong Communication Skills, including verbal and written, with an ability to present solutions effectively
- Basic understanding of Travel Planning and Market Trends will be advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Tools
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving approach, and ability to work independently
- Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
