The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, street-smart Sales Executive to lead our client acquisition efforts across international markets. You aren't just selling content you are selling Organizational Capability. Whether a client is onboarding a global workforce, managing complex compliance, or rolling out new technology, you provide the services and expertise that ensure their people are ready to perform.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive Business Performance: Consult with Business, Tech, and HR leaders to identify how learning solves their specific challenges from time-to-productivity for new hires to closing skill gaps in new technology deployments.
  • Own the Full Sales Funnel: Drive the process from identifying high-intent prospects to navigating multi-stakeholder procurement cycles and closing the deal.
  • Position the Full Portfolio: Effectively communicate the value across our entire service spectrum: Onboarding, Compliance, Process, and Technology Enablement.
  • Build Executive-Level Trust: Lead demos and negotiations across geographies. You know how to build authority and rapport with C-suite stakeholders digitally.
  • Act as our Market Expert: Feedback client pain points and market trends to our delivery teams to ensure our solutions stay ahead of the curve.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5 Years of B2B/Enterprise Sales: A proven track record of selling complex services (Managed Services or Consulting) with a consistent history of hitting quotas.
  • Multifaceted Communication: You can talk Talent & Compliance with HR and Operational Efficiency with Business or Tech Heads in the same afternoon.
  • Situational Awareness: You know how to identify the real pain point and find the key decision-makers within an organization. You find ways to move the deal forward where others see dead ends.
  • Tech-Savvy Hunter: You use CRM and AI tools to stay organized and fast, but you rely on your negotiation skills and grit to get the win.
  • Startup DNA: You are a self-starter. You don’t wait for a manual; you find the opportunity, architect the solution, and get the signature.
