Job Summary:
This is a full-time job with Design Studio 91. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, presenting design solutions, and closing sales. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team and the interior design team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in both residential and commercial sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and budget to provide tailored design solutions.
- Provide clients with detailed proposals, project timelines, and cost estimates based on their requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to nurture long-term relationships. o Present interior design concepts and solutions to clients, both in-person and virtually.
- Showcase the company's portfolio, product offerings, and design capabilities effectively.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules to close sales.
- Prepare and submit quotations, contracts, and agreements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Head of Sales & Marketing.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Freshers and anyone with 1-2 yrs. of experience can apply.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to speak in Kannada, Telugu and Tamil would be a plus point
