🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive – Aftermarket with proven experience in the Bearing Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving aftermarket sales, expanding the dealer and distributor network, and achieving territory-wise sales targets.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Drive aftermarket sales across the assigned territory
✔️ Develop and strengthen the dealer/distributor network
✔️ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
✔️ Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
✔️ Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends
✔️ Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer support.
✅ Candidate Requirements
🔹 Minimum 4+ years of experience in Aftermarket Sales
🔹 Mandatory experience in the Bearing, Auto Components, or Spare Parts Industry
🔹 Strong expertise in dealer/distributor network management
🔹 Sound understanding of territory sales and market dynamics
🔹 Willingness to travel extensively.
