Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, promoting company products and services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, attending client meetings, preparing comprehensive sales reports, and maintaining relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients is also expected.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and understand customer needs
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Organized and goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets
- Experience in the industry or related field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
