Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring team targets are met. The role includes maintaining customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and timely delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Client relationship-building and excellent communication skills to address client needs effectively.
- Understanding of marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to generate leads, conduct market research, and develop new business opportunities.
- Organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple clients and projects effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software or other sales tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in home interiors or a related field, is a plus.
