About Us:RDDS Legal Solutions (OPC) Private Limited (debtsfree.in) is a leading Legal Tech company that provides debt resolution and financial solutions to individuals. We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and promoting our debt resolution services. The role involves direct client interaction, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable financial/legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, references, and other channels.
- Sales Conversion: Explain company services clearly and convert leads into paying customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client problems related to debt and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow-ups & Closures: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure deal closure.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:- Graduate in any stream (LLB/LLM preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Experience:- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales (Freshers can also apply)
- Experience in financial services, legal services, or tele-sales is a plus

Remuneration:- Work from Office: INR 20,000 CTC per month + Attractive Incentives
Working Hours:- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
