Role Description
This is a Work From Home + Hybrid role for a Tele caller / Sales Executive at DD Guruji Enterprises. The role involves handling outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and converting leads into meetings and business opportunities.
The candidate will be responsible for calling provided leads, explaining products, fixing meetings or factory visits, and following up for conversions. This role plays a key part in generating business and expanding the company’s B2B client base.
Role Responsibilities & Performance Expectations
- Make 100–150 calls daily on company-provided leads.
- Explain product offerings and build client interest
- Fix meetings / factory visits with serious buyers
- Handle regular follow-ups and maintain basic call records
- Work towards lead conversion and order generation
- Target clients include OEMs, builders, dealers, and bulk buyers
- Expected to generate 5–8 qualified meetings per week
Salary, Work Structure & Requirements
- Fixed salary + Performance-Based Incentives up to 50K+ (per meeting + order conversion)
- Work from home + 1 weekly office visit (Greater Noida)
- Working hours: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Must have good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Own laptop & smartphone required | SIM card provided
- Sales mindset is a must | Freshers can apply (experience preferred)
